Prices:

The pricing on our website are current at the time of viewing and ordering. All pricing is inclusive of GST. Vials Direct will try to maintain the advertised pricing on our website, however Vials Direct reserves the right to change the price of any advertised item without notice.

Payment:

Payment is to be made by Direct Deposit, Credit Card or Paypal prior to delivery. Any refund of orders that have been paid by these payment methods will be refunded back to the relevant bank account that the customer has used.

Orders:

Vials Direct will endeavour to meet delivery estimates but under any circumstances will not be liable or responsible to compensate for non-delivery or late delivery.

Vials Direct reserves the right to decline business with any persons or Company.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange:

30 day returns for refunds or exchange are accepted under the condition that all items be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in an unused original condition and packaging.

The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs back to us for change of mind or incorrect ordering unless the item is deemed faulty or we have sent the wrong item(s) out.

If the item(s) are incorrect by us or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please send us an email and include your contact details as well as information and photos of the item(s) being returned.

Once approved, the goods must be shipped back to us for inspection using the original packaging and sent to Po Box 590 Salamander Bay NSW 2317.

Please note: Refunds or exchange will not be accepted if the item has been damaged by misuse or negligence.

Please choose carefully as all Chemicals, Oils, Ingredients and bulk orders of Sterile Vials will not be accepted for a refund or exchange unless the item(s) are deemed faulty or if it's a mistake we have made.

Sterile Vials purchased by us from a second party are Terminally Sterilized via Gamma Irradiation at a dose of 25kGy. We do not supply Endotoxin Certificates any longer for Sterile Vials. All Endotoxin testing must be done in- house by the purchaser if it is required. We claim NO responsibility for unsanitary practices by the purchaser handling these Vials after delivery. It is at the customer's own risk. We DO NOT advertise any of our products as medical devices for human or animal consumption.
